obituary;                                                                  Kenneth Krayenhagen

  Funeral services for Kenneth W. Krayenhagen,58, of Pueblo, Colo., formerly of Ida Grove, were  at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Evanglical Free Church in Arthur. He died Friday, Feb 18, 1994 at his Pueblo residence after a year-long illness of cancer.

 The Rev. Robert Lundberg officiated, with burial in the Odebolt Cemetery. The Christensen-Chia Funeral Home of Ida Grove was in charge of arrangements.

 Mr. Krayenhagen was born Sept. 17, 1935, in Ida Grove, son of Ernest and Edna ( Schroeder) Krayenhagen. He graduated from Ida Grove High School in 1954, and Married Karen Winters July 30, 1956, in Elk Point, S.D.. He worked as a bricklayer and brick contractor in the area for many years with United Builders in Ida Grove. They lived in the Ida Grove area until 1984, when they moved to Colorado, where he also worked as a bricklayer.

 Survivors include: his wife; four sons, Jeffrey of Sunrise, Fla., Gerry of Plano, Texas, Michael and Jon, both of Pueblo; four grandchilddren; his mother of Ida Grove; three sisters, Darlene Gates and Virginia Hasbrouck, both of Ida Grove, and Judy Mullin of Danbury; and a brother, Leroy Krayenhagen of Moville.

 He was preceded in death by hs father; and a son, Gregory Krayenhagen.
